Disclaimer (Same as Above – Please Read Abortion Pills)
This is my personal experience only. Not medical advice. Laws in Pakistan are strict – consult a doctor, get ultrasound, have emergency plan. Go to hospital for any serious symptoms Abortion Pills.
My Background
29 years old, living in Johar Town, Lahore. Working woman, single income household. Found out about pregnancy at ~7 weeks. Not ready – career, finances, mental health all factors. Didn't want surgical option or public hospital exposure.
Researched heavily – WHO self-management guidelines, Pakistan-specific forums. Chose medication method for privacy.
Sourcing the Pills
Used search terms like "mifepristone misoprostol delivery Pakistan". Found a discreet international source (good privacy reviews). Kit arrived in 6 days – unmarked package. Also bought misoprostol locally from a pharmacy (Breeky brand, 200 mcg) as backup.
Ultrasound first at a small private center – confirmed normal pregnancy.
My Day-by-Day Experience
Day 1: Mifepristone – swallowed easily. Mild nausea later, light spotting by night.
Day 2: Misoprostol – vaginal route (felt more effective per research). Inserted 4 pills deep, lay down 30 min. Cramps started after 1 hour – intense but I was prepared with painkillers. Bleeding heavy from hour 2. Clots passed (normal). Pain managed with ibuprofen, hot water bottle, and breathing exercises. Husband was amazing – brought water, held my hand. Intense phase: 5–7 hours. Slept after midnight.
Recovery Days
Bleeding tapered off over 10 days. Felt exhausted first week – took iron-rich food. Pregnancy test negative at 2 weeks. Follow-up ultrasound clear.
Emotional rollercoaster: Relief dominant, some sadness, but no regrets given my situation.
Lessons I Want to Share
Preparation is everything (supplies, support, Abortion, knowledge).
Side effects are temporary.
Privacy was worth it for me, but safety checks (ultrasound,Abortion) were non-negotiable.
Aftercare matters – rest, nutrition, emotional support.
If you're in the same boat, you're not alone. Reach out to safe resources, prioritize health. Stay strong.
