She adds, "Many of the men I work with describe their frustration at repeatedly asking partners 'What do you like in bed?' and finding that the genuine curiosity is met with 'I don’t know. Finding a partner who can say 'This is what I’d love to do with you' is an incredible turn-on. That’s not to say that sexual communication is something exclusive to a certain age, but older women may have had more practice with these conversations, and maybe even more time in therapy workshopping ways to get shame out of their bedroom."
